Event Design Policies and Fees

The event design costs honors my time to research and correspond with our preferred suppliers; collect, review and confirm proposals; present venue options and recommendations; manage and coordinate your event logistics; and provide support before, during and after your event.

Service Policy and Fees

To initiate work on your event, we require a 50% non-refundable payment of your design costs. The balance of the design costs will be outlined in the scope of work and service agreement.

 

Site and Venue Research and Recommendation Fee
  • Fees start at ​$500 per event and includes up to three (3) sites. 

 

Event Logistics Management and Coordination Fee
  • To be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  • Site and venue research and recommendation fee may be applied to event logistics fee.
